Stress… this is a word that we use to hear every single day. It affects everything that surround us, family, work, friends, life in general. But, have you ever ask what stress is or what can you do to prevent it, or get out of it if you already are under a lot of stress?

Exercise is considered crucial to maintain mental fitness also because it has the ability to reduce stress levels, fatigue and sadness, and will also make your concentration better which is helpful when you are suffering from stress.
Stress, fear and anxiety are normal situations in daily life, but next to this we have anxiety. Anxiety is seen as a very common illness around the world. The benefits you can get from exercises is enormous and includes stress and anxiety relief. We know by now that exercise relieves anxiety and depression. A little 10 minutes walk, swimming on a pool, hitting gym for a 60 minutes workouts, will raise your mood for hours. Don’t run, the main idea is to reduce stress not to getting high levels! Maybe you can look for some company to workout if you need to, company will make you feel brave!
